Yes. From our website, you can access the “Profile” section of your online account and change information such as your login and password, your billing information and saved addresses and airports, etc.

How can I verify? We have established and maintain reasonable security procedures to protect the confidentiality, security and integrity of your personal information. We use encryption, Secure Socket Layers, and firewalls, and we implement off-line efforts to further protect this information, including limiting employee access to personal information and updating our employees regarding our security practices and privacy policies. However, due to the inherent open nature of the Internet, third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Our Web Site is maintained in the United States of America. By using the Web Site, you authorize the exportation of your personal information to the U.S.A. and its storage and use as specified above when you provide such information to us.

Our rigorous and extensive Chauffeur Training & Safety program is recognized by the National Safety Council with an emphasis on passenger safety, comfort and defensive driving skills. Our chauffeurs are subject to extensive and ongoing training and certification. Additionally, we are insured by a leading nationally-accredited A-rated carrier for up to $1.5M in Liability Coverage.

If you have already set up an account to book online, simply login to your account from our website by clicking “Member Login” and follow the prompts to book your reservation(s). If you have an existing account with Diva Limousine, Ltd. and would like to begin booking on that account online, please contact our Reservations Manager at 818-753-3538 to get this set up. Once your online account has been loaded, simply click on “Create Account” and follow the prompts to set up your own login and password to begin booking. You will need to enter the account code, given to you by Diva, for your online reservations to reflect your account’s correct rates and information.

If you are not able to locate the chauffeur, please call Diva Limousine at 1-800-427-3482 or 1-310-278-3482 immediately and we will contact the chauffeur thru direct radio communication and coordinate a meet location.

From our website, you can access the “My Rides” section of your account to view the status of all rides you have booked online.

There are a few options to choose from if you need to cancel a reservation. If it a same-day cancellation or if you booked your reservation directly with one of our reservations agents, please call 1-800-427-3482 to cancel your reservation and obtain a cancellation number. If you booked your reservation online and the pick-up date is at least one day in the future, you can cancel the reservation online by viewing “My Rides” and clicking “Cancel Ride” on the appropriate reservation.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diner’s Club & Discover). Cash is also accepted, provided that a pre-payment is made, or a credit card is given to guarantee payment. Direct billing options may be available on approved credit. Please contact a sales representative for additional information.

If you booked the reservation online, you can access “My Rides” to view and change any reservation you have booked. If you booked the reservation directly with one of our reservations agents, please call 1-800-427-3482 to cancel the reservation verbally with a reservation agent.

As soon as you are aware of any changes you need to make, please contact our Reservations department at 1-800-427-3482. As long as the driver has not already been dispatched, we can make the changes for you without penalty. Drivers are typically dispatched 1-2 hours prior to the trip, however possibly further out depending on the pick-up location.

Airport meeting procedures vary by location. Instructions will be noted on each reservation confirmation (please see our policies that appear on each confirmation email or fax). If you have a question about the meet location at a specific airport, please contact our Reservations department and an agent will gladly advise.

Diva Limousine can also arrange Airport VIP Service at various major airports to meet and greet passengers at the arrival gate, escort to VIP lounge or meet at curbside to assist check in and escort to VIP lounge and departure gate (Send inquiries to reservations@divalimo.com). Diva Limousine also provides personal executive protection services (security@divalimo.com), event planning and logistics (events@divalimo.com), as well as Executive Jet Charter services (jetcharter@divalimo.com).

In corporate-owned locations, we require a minimum of two (2) hours notice prior to the scheduled pickup time in order to avoid Late Cancellation charges. For the rest of the continental US, two (2) hour notice may be sufficient but may require as much as twenty-four (24) hour advanced notice depending on the market. For Europe, Central & South America, we require twenty-four (24) hour advanced notification. For the Far East and Australia, forty-eight (48) hours will be required. Late cancellations are charged at the respective minimums for each market and specified vehicle type. If the reservation(s) is cancelled within the designated time parameters, it will become the client’s responsibility to obtain a cancellation number given at the time the order is cancelled in order to avoid late charges.

You will need a login and password to access your account online. When logged in, you can go to “online reporting” and select rides by date or passenger name, view and print from your web browser.

Diva accepts debit cards with the Visa/MC logo. Please be advised that when we preauthorize charges on a debit card, your funds can be held for up to 72 hours, after which the authorization will automatically be released.

For trips in LA, SF and NY, receipts are available within 24-48 hours. For nationwide and international trips, it can take up to 5 business days.

We can send your bill electronically, or formatted to fit your accounting template, if you have one. We offer multiple invoice formats, if you track expenses by event, department, or cost centers.

You can create a web login user account to access your trip information online, including ride status, and invoice copy or ride receipt. You can also call 800-427-3482 (Extension 3091) and request a receipt via our invoice hotline. Your call will be returned within 24 hours. You can also email your request to billing@divalimo.com.

Contact the Billing department (billing@divalimo.com or 800-427-3482, Option 3, then option 2) and speak to a specialist regarding your invoice. We may require some time to do some research but every attempt to provide you with a prompt response will be made.

Call the Customer Service department to discuss the issue. We will document the issue, gather any additional information necessary, and quickly respond with a proposed solution.

A credit card authorization is a temporary hold on your credit or debit card to ensure that the credit card is valid for the estimated charge for a reservation. A valid authorization must be obtained for every booking. If the credit card is not valid for the estimated cost of the ride, the vehicle may not be dispatched.

“Travel” time is the calculation method used to determine the amount of time that it takes a chauffeur to get to/from the base of operations (commonly referred to as the “garage”) and the pickup location or destination, as well as the time it takes he/she to return to base. The minimum travel time applied each way is 30 minutes. For further information on specific travel times in your region, please contact us.

We add a 15-20% standard percentage (depending on the vehicle type) to our rates for gratuity. This is paid directly to your chauffeur in addition to his/her hourly wages. Any additional gratuity you may wish to give the driver is at your own discretion.

One to one and a half hours prior to a domestic departure, and at least 2-3 hours prior to an international departure.

This fee covers variable operating costs which we incur during the course of conducting normal business transactions in various cities. The percentages are divided amongst several governmental agencies, various airports and municipalities that govern our industry in various regions throughout the US and abroad.
