Should I tip my chauffeur?

As an added convenience, a suggested 15-20% gratuity (depending on location and vehicle type) will be automatically billed. This is paid directly to the chauffeur, in addition to his/her hourly wages. However, it may be altered or rescinded at the passenger’s sole discretion. Any additional gratuity you may wish to give the chauffeur is at your own discretion and subject to verification.
